Digitized & Accessorized

When I think about how advanced the world of digital media is, I wonder how advanced the industry of fashion has become.

I used to be an avid fan of Star Trek. Yes, I was a Trekkie. Maybe Scottie will actually be able to beam Captain Kirk up one day. However, no matter how advanced the technology is, whether in real life or virtual, you always need protection for your gadgets. Captain Kirk nor Mr. Spock would have never left the USS Enterprise without their phasers. An intergalactic war requires their Varon-T disruptor be at arms reach, at all times. However, it all comes down to fashion awareness, folks. How are you going to carry your disruptor without a stylish belt holder of some sorts? Once again, this proves to me no matter how micro, technology, and fashion go hand in hand. If you are going to invade the Klingons, then I say be equipped and do it with flair. Now, let us warp speed ahead to 2012.

Technology as advanced as it is, still requires the thought of accessorizing. God forbid, you and your laptop are caught in the rain with all your companies blue prints and data on your exposed hard drive. Now you are exposed to the elements, which are unpredictable, and you can’t make it for shelter. There you are, drenched with rain, laptop soak and wet. Your data is destroyed. Don’t even think about blow-drying your motherboard. It won’t work.

My suggestion is to invest in the protection of all your personal data. A leather cover for your MacBook is the quintessential for whatever is conducive to all your technological needs.

It is no secret that computers, electronic components, hi tech gadget and more played a major influence on fashion and has become a form of art in itself. Take a look at Lady GaGa, Madonna and others who grace the stage with costumes clad with illuminated gizmos that a rocket scientist would die for. My point is technology sets the pace for fashion. It’s time to incorporate professional looking sleeves and covers for your digital media.

So where do you buy the perfect portfolio or leather case. Well, as you know there are plethoras of companies that have already joined the cause and are in full production. I have always been a fan of fine accessories and my MacBook deserve the best.
